We would like to give Dreamscape Designs a big thank you for performing a fantastic job redesigning our backyard and assisting us as we did an owner builder pool. Mario took our backyard from being an old yard with broken concrete and dead grass that no one wanted to spend time in and turned it into a backyard that we can't spend enough time in. The spaces look fantastic! From the initial consultation to the finished product, Mario listened to our input, kept us informed about what was going on, and provided great customer service along the way. Mario listened to what we wanted, took our design concepts into account, created a backyard filled with spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, fit into the overall theme of our home, and also fit into our budget. He provided us with a 3-D rendition of what our backyard would look like, pool design and engineering plans, as well as recommendations on certain aspects of building a pool. Mario definitely knows what he is doing as a designer. Our backyard is now a peaceful place to spend time and we couldn't be happier! Our decision to use this company was definitely a good one. My wife and I would like to thank Mario from Dreamscape Design for designing a backyard that has brought many new great memories. We decided to do an owner builder pool and were lucky enough to have found Mario. Mario was a great listener and was very patient with us. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we were also open to any ideas Mario may have had. Mario had many great ideas on how we could get the biggest pool for our size backyard. What I liked about Mario is he talked to me about the owner builder process as if he knew I already could build pools. He never told us our ideas were not any good or they wouldn't work for our pool. He was very positive and very knowledgeable. Mario recently came over and was taking several photographs of our pool. My pool sweep hose recently split and was leaking water, causing the pool sweep to run slower. Mario immediately gave me a solution to the problem. Mario told me what parts I needed to fix the pool sweep. The pool sweep is now fixed and running great. We completed our owner builder pool in May of 2017. The backyard came out awesome.
