Owner-builder Pool Installation Projects

Working with Dreamscape Designs, LLC gives you the freedom to be as creative as you wish with a low financial risk and more flexibility to build within your budget and time frame. Dreamscape Designs, LLC offers industry knowledge and resources, so you can build your pool with confidence. You can dream now and build later–there is no pressure to move beyond the consulting phase. As an Owner-Builder you are the boss, you have control. As the acting “Contractor” you take the job under your wing. You will submit for permits and inspections and schedule the sub-contractors for each phase.

Consulting Services for Pool and Landscaping Design

Your initial consultation with Dreamscape Designs, LLC will include a personal meeting with our designer at your residence. You will have the opportunity to discuss your visions, ideas, and any questions. Our designer will assess and take measurements of your property. We will discuss our package options, and payment schedule. To get started with a design, there is a “Design Deposit” required. Once a deposit is made the designing phase will begin.

Pool and Landscaping Design Services

Once the design is completed you will receive preliminary 2-D and 3-D images at which time you will have a chance to make minor edits and adjustment to the design. After 1-2 rounds of edits, your vision is now ready to come to life!

Drafting Services

If you already have a “design” and just need it drafted to be comprehensible and presentable for the city departments and sub-contractors, we also offer drafting services to Refine your Design.

Owner-builder Packages

Each package is tailored to fit your design and budget. Dreamscape Designs offers the most comprehensive and cost-effective owner-builder package in the area. Be cautious of companies that fool customers into purchasing a pool design that cannot be used for obtaining engineering plans or permits. After the design is to your satisfaction, and the engineering deposit is made, we will create plans to scale, and with all city/county requirements to submit for a building permit. The plans then get submitted for engineering. Once the plans come back from engineering, they are ready for you, the homeowner to submit the plans and the permit application, and any applicable fees to your city/county department. Dreamscape Designs LLC. works with reputable and reliable builders and sub-contractors to insure an exceptional building experience. Have an existing pool that needs a facelift, or you want to see what else can be done to your old boring design, we also accommodate pool remodels as well.

Swimming Pool Equipment

You will be provided with a complete equipment list to ensure your swimming pool will function at extreme efficiency and will function with easy. You can decide to purchase your equipment from us or from other sources if you wish. When you purchase your equipment from us, you will receive and extended 3-year warranty on your equipment, local warranty stations will repair/replace any piece of pool equipment that is covered under warranty. You may be able to find certain items for less through online dealers, but if there is a warranty issue, you will then be responsible to remove the items and send back to get warranty coverage. We do not sell equipment outside our design packages.
